Who can take part?

To participate in the ACR 2026, you need only meet two conditions:

  • Employment contract – Have an employment contract effective for at least one day during the subscription period (between 24 June and 8 July 2026 inclusive1) with a company that is in the Crédit Agricole Group and is participating in the offer 
  • Seniority – Have worked for at least three months, whether consecutively or otherwise, between 1 January 20251 and the closing date of the subscription period (8 July 20261).

Information for permanent insiders:

If you are registered with your entity’s Compliance Department as a permanent insider on Crédit Agricole S.A.’s financial instruments and you wish to participate in the ACR 2026, no particular restriction applies to your subscription.
