Who can take part?

To participate in the ACR 2025, you need only meet two conditions:

• Employment contract – Have an employment contract effective for at least one day during the subscription period (between 26 June and 9 July 2025 inclusive¹) with a company that is in the Crédit Agricole Group and is participating in the offer;
• Seniority – Have worked for at least three months, whether consecutively or otherwise, between 1 January 2024¹ and the closing date of the subscription period (9 July 2025¹).

Information for permanent insiders:

If you are registered with your entity’s Compliance Department as a permanent insider on Crédit Agricole S.A.’s financial instruments and you wish to participate in the ACR 2025, no particular restriction applies to your subscription.
