Dividends contribute to the performance of the assets you invest in the ACRs of the Crédit Agricole Group. A few explanations.
The dividend
The dividend is the share of the net profit distributed to shareholders. The amount of the dividend is proposed by the Board of Directors and then voted by the General Assembly after approving the previous year’s accounts.
The dividend policy of Crédit Agricole S.A.
As part of the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) presented in June 2022, Crédit Agricole S.A. confirmed a dividend pay-out target of 50% of its net profit with a view to finding the right balance between an attractive return to shareholders and financing for its growth.
